RENOVATION OF PLUM TREE APARTMENTS AND ROYAL LODGE APARTMENTS

Sealed bids for the construction of Renovation of Plum Tree Apartments and Royal Lodge Apartments for the Lake Cumberland Housing Agency will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Lake Cumberland Area Development District, 2384 Lakeway Drive, Russell Springs, Kentucky 42642, at 2:00 p.m., Central time, Thursday, February 4, 2021 and then at said office. NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
City of Monticello
A public meeting will take place at 1:00 PM local time on January 25, 2021 at the Monticello City Hall, for the purpose of providing general information to the public regarding the proposed Monticello Police Vehicle Purchase Project. The public is invited to attend and comment on such issues as economic and environmental impacts, service area, alternatives to the project or any other pertinent issues. Social distancing guidelines will be observed and masks are required.
